I couldn't be happier with the value for money at San Rocco! The room was fantastic - spacious, clean, and had a cozy balcony overlooking a charming canal. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma and Rialto. The owner went above and beyond, providing us with a personalized map of great places to eat and visit. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you San Rocco!
When it came to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

I really liked the location of the apartment, it was very convenient. It was close to Piazzale Roma and just a short walk to Rialto, making it easy to explore the city. The bedroom had a beautiful view of a smaller canal and there was a small balcony where I could enjoy my breakfast and evening drinks. The owner of the apartment was very kind and provided us with a map that had excellent recommendations for restaurants, pizzerias, and places to get a refreshing Aperol Spritz. The bed was also very comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were some minor issues that affected my overall experience. the shower hose and head were spraying water in all directions and could definitely use some maintenance.

Perfect location near major attractions, convenient to Piazzale Roma and Rialto. Helpful owner provided map with great recommendations. Comfortable bed and a small balcony for breakfast. Secure and quiet building with lovely balcony to relax on. Responsive and kind property managers. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. Residential area with good air-conditioning.

We got great value for our money at San Rocco in Venice. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to Piazzale Roma and Rialto. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better was if there was a better breakfast option.
